jordan bed72961fe fix: add --insecure flag to kaniko for docs image build ... The registry.threesix.ai uses a self-signed certificate. Service builds use plugin-kaniko with skip-tls-verify, but docs build used raw kaniko executor without TLS bypass, causing exit 128.
