- Create threesix org in Gitea (org id=2) - Change GITEA_DEFAULT_ORG default from "jordan" to "threesix" - Add explicit GITEA_DEFAULT_ORG=threesix to k8s deployment New projects will now be created under threesix/ instead of jordan/.
