M10 UAT Run Summary

1. Community Policy Engine (m10-community-policy-engine)
- Integration tests: 10/10 PASS (
m10_community_policy) - Coverage: Schema validation (duplicate names, unknown signals, allow/deny conflicts), write enforcement (allow/deny semantics, admin role bypass), read suppression (denied signals excluded from ranking), query threading (community context optional)
2. Agent Capability Boundaries (m10-agent-capability-boundaries)
- Unit tests: 18 PolicyEvaluator tests covering all three new check methods (PASS)
- Coverage: Session read policy enforcement, attribute read policy, profile override enforcement, audit logging, schema build-time validation, backward compatibility, zero-cost fast paths
3. Signal Revocation Controls (m10-signal-revocation-controls)
- Integration tests: 10/10 PASS (
m10_revocation) - Coverage: SignalType/TimeRange/AgentSession revocation scopes, cancel restores scoring, durability across reopen, user isolation, union semantics, anonymous bypass

Note: Pre-existing formatting and clippy issues exist in tcp_transport.rs (M8 replication code), not related to M10.
Notes
- All three M10 features are in
releasedstate in the SDLC system - No UI components in this milestone — all verification is via Rust test suites
- No performance regressions detected in regression suites
- Backward compatibility confirmed: empty policy fields behave identically to pre-M10 behavior
